All affairs of the Association are managed by a Governing Council, comprising of 4 Office Bearers (The President; Vice President; Hon Secretary & Hon Treasurer) plus another 6 Council Members and Past President as advisor. The President with the help of the Vice President, chairs all meetings of the Association and those of the Governing Council. In the absence of the President, Vice President take full charge of the Association affairs. Honorable Secretary coordinates all activities of the Association including exchange of information among TIBA members. Honorable Treasurer oversees all financial affairs of the Association. The Governing Council is elected after every two years by the Association members.
